Two different things you can remove
The field above removes your email address from the beta list. That list is the only place Metrion holds an address. It existed to send you a TestFlight invitation. The beta is open to anyone now, so the list is closed and no new address goes on it, but the addresses already on it are still held until they are removed here. It is not a newsletter, it is not shared, and it is not joined to anything you do in the app.
The data inside the app is separate, and the field above does not touch it. Metrion keeps your profile, your imported workout summaries, your calculated training data, your plans, and your saved coach notes on your iPhone. None of it carries your name, your email address, or an account. To remove all of it:
- Open Metrion, then go to Settings.
- Choose Delete all data. The app removes its stored records and returns to onboarding.
- To stop future reading as well, open Health, then Sharing, then Apps, then Metrion, and turn the categories off.
Your original records in Apple Health are yours and stay untouched. Metrion never deletes anything in Apple Health, and the only thing it writes there is a walk or run you record with the Metrion watch app, saved as a workout. Deleting Metrion's data leaves those workouts in Health, where you can delete them yourself. Because the app's records live on your device and carry no account, we cannot read, export, or delete them for you. Deleting the app removes them with it.
The privacy policy sets all of this out in full. If anything is unclear, email support@metrion.fit.
